Immunogen: Bovine cardiac phospholamban

Formulation: protein G purified murine monoclonal antibody. Lyophilised from a solution of 0.2M citrate-phosphate-tris pH 7.0.

Antigen/specificity: Murine monoclonal antibody raised against bovine cardiac PLB¹. Recognises an epitope comprising residues ₇LTRSAIRRAS₁₆² and reacts with all forms of PLB, monomer, oligomers, phosphorylated, non-phosphorylated.

Reconstitution & Storage: Store dessicated at 4C prior to reconstitution. Dissolve lyophilised serum in 20ml deionised water. Freeze in aliquots at –70C. Stable for at least 12 months. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles - this denatures antibody molecules.

Species reactivity: Bovine, dog, ferret, hamster, human, rat, sheep  

Applications: Western blot (1:5000), immunofluorescence microscopy (1:200)
