Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic peptide (conjugated to KLH) comprising the sequence C₉₉₁LEPAILE₉₉₇ from the C-terminus of SERCA2a¹. The antibody is reactive against SERCA2a (the Ca2+-pump of sarcoplasmic reticulum) from bovine, canine, human, rat and sheep sources; and can be used in ELISA, Western Blot (1:5000 dilution) and immunomicroscopy (1:200 dilution) formats.
