All orders must display a purchase order number, delivery address, invoice address and the goods required, and the VAT registration number of company, where applicable. Goods are supplied according to the standard terms and conditions of sale of Badrilla. The price of goods is subject to change from time to time, current prices are displayed on this web site.

Product despatch & delivery

Orders will be despatched within 24 hours, and shipped by the route requested (mail, 1-2 days (UK only); air mail 5-8 days; or courier, 1-3 days).

For most destinations, Badrilla recommends shipment by courier, where delivery is prompt, and goods can be tracked in transit (www.fedex.com using the airway bill number provided).

Shipping & Handling charges will be added to the invoice at the following rate:
