Synthetic peptide of sequence Y⁹⁹¹LEPAILE⁹⁹⁷  which comprises the epitope sequence of the anti-SERCA2a antibody (A010-20)¹. 1mM epitope peptide (SERCA2a) inhibits SERCA2a antibody staining of SERCA2a in Western blot format (figure 1). 50nmol of epitope peptide is sufficient to make 50ml of 1mM peptide solution.

Epitope peptide is purified to >95% purity by reverse phase HPLC. Electrospray mass spectrometry was used to confirm the purity of this peptide.
